By accessing or using our services, creating an account, submitting an application, enrolling in a program or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you use the services on behalf of an institution or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Where a learner is a minor, a parent or lawful guardian may be required to review and accept applicable terms and provide necessary permissions.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during enquiries, applications, enrolment and account creation.

EMS provides educational, academic-support, assessment, mentorship, institutional-collaboration and related technology services. Specific features, schedules, faculty, modules, delivery formats and availability may vary by program and location.

Program-specific documents, order forms, admission letters or institutional agreements may contain additional terms. Where a direct conflict exists, the more specific written terms will apply to that service.

Content and services are provided for education and professional development. They are not a substitute for clinical supervision, medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, institutional protocols or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Users must not rely on educational content to make unsupervised patient-care decisions.

Individual outcomes depend on factors including prior knowledge, attendance, effort, assessment performance, institutional rules, examination bodies and regulatory requirements.

Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, EMS does not guarantee examination success, licensing eligibility, admission, internship, employment, residency placement, visa approval or any specific academic or professional result.

You may use the services only for lawful educational and authorised institutional purposes.

Learners must complete assessments honestly and comply with stated examination, attendance and conduct requirements. Cheating, impersonation, plagiarism, unauthorised collaboration, question sharing and falsification may lead to invalidation of results, suspension or termination.

Applicable fees, payment schedules, taxes and accepted methods will be shown in the relevant enrolment or commercial documentation. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying amounts when due.

Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms. Failure or delay caused by a payment provider does not automatically create an obligation for EMS to activate a service before payment is confirmed.

Cancellation, deferment, transfer and refund rights are governed by the written policy presented at enrolment and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees for services already delivered, digital content already accessed, completed assessments, administrative processing or non-recoverable third-party costs may be non-refundable.

The website, platform, branding, curriculum, videos, text, graphics, question banks, assessments, software, reports, frameworks and other materials are owned by or licensed to EMS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access authorised materials for their own learning or agreed institutional use.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant EMS a limited right to host, process, reproduce and use it as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, evaluate and improve the services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to submit the content and that it does not violate law, confidentiality or third-party rights.

Some features may rely on third-party platforms, payment providers, communication tools, content or links. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. EMS is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law or an express written commitment.

We may maintain, update, replace, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We will seek to provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting paid services where practicable.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, connectivity, security incidents, force majeure or third-party dependencies.

We may restrict or terminate access where a user materially breaches these Terms, fails to pay applicable fees, creates security or legal risk, violates academic integrity or misuses the services.

Provisions intended by their nature to survive termination—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations and dispute terms—will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free content or compatibility with every device, network or third-party system.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss arising from unauthorised reliance on educational content.

Any monetary cap, exclusions and exceptions should be set out in the applicable commercial or enrolment terms and must comply with mandatory law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement, breach of confidentiality, unauthorised clinical-data disclosure or material violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the law identified in the legal-entity details below, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through written notice and reasonable discussion. The final forum, jurisdiction or arbitration mechanism must be confirmed before publication.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
